Please note that Multi-Factor Authentication is mandatory for all University of Portland accounts. The Help Desk cannot disable the MFA requirement for any reason.
REMINDER: Once you have updated your password, re-sign in to all of your devices as soon as possible. Use your new password to sign in to UP Wi-Fi and apps. Doing so will help prevent getting locked out of your account.
