Academic Technology

Academic Technology Services & Innovation provides support on a variety of academic applications including the Moodle LMS, Microsoft Teams, and Techsmith Relay. A variety of step-by-step support materials can be found on the ATSI site on PilotsUP to assist in learning how to use our tools.

LinkedIn Learning (Self-Paced Training)

LinkedIn Learning (previously Lynda.com) can be located on the My Apps Portal and provides the University community with a vast online professional development platform. Users will find over 5,000 courses on different  technologies and skills relevant to today's work and educational environments.

The Information Services Support Portal located at support.up.edu houses a robust knowledge base of technology help sheets for our vast array of campus software and services. Visit support.up.edu and use the home page 'How can we help?' search bar and enter key words to easily find help for the desired technology. You can also browse our help articles by selecting the 'Knowledge Base' icon on the main page.
