
Indigenous Justice Immersion
WHEN: Spring Break 2026, March 1st-6th
WHERE: The Warm Springs Indian Reservation and other areas in OR or WA state
WHAT: Participants will learn about the history of the indigenous tribes who have lived in the PNW for over 11,000 years. Students will have the opportunity to learn from community organizations and non-profits. Emphasis placed on land and water sovereignty and healthcare access. Students will also learn about the history of the land UP sits on, including the history of the Willamette River and the environmental impacts of colonization and industry not only on the land but on its inhabitants.

COST: The student fee for the Indigenous Justice Immersion is $250. The Moreau Center is committed to ensuring that finances are not a barrier for any student wishing to participate.
