Summer Undergraduate Research 

Stipends:

• Summer Undergraduate Research stipends will be paid out twice a month, on the 15th and/or last business day of the month.
• Stipends are split evenly into disbursements throughout the research period.
• Stipends will not be paid until all paperwork necessary is complete by both the faculty and student researchers.  
• Stipends will not be paid out until students have started their research project.  Example: if a student's start date for their summer research is May 16th, they will not be paid until May 31st.

Summer 2025 Housing Dates:

Summer Housing Start Date: Monday May 12th, 2025

Summer Housing End Date: Friday August 8th, 2025

Spring 2025 resident students can stay in their current rooms until the summer housing start date. They will be billed at the weekly summer housing rate for the "May Interim" weeks between final exams week and the Summer Housing start date. Fall 2025 resident students can move in to their future rooms on the summer housing end date. They will be billed at the weekly summer housing rate until their assigned Fall 2025 move-in day.
