Will be offered in January 2023
Learn about local urban issues and public policies affecting the houseless and low income communities during this immersion program in downtown Portland during the last week of Winter Break. This immersion focuses on meeting with organizations working with people who are houseless, meeting with and learning from people who are houseless, and direct service and hospitality. (Why do we choose to use the term houseless? Read this post from local organization Do Good Multnomah to learn more.)
