Professional Staff Positions

On the Bluff, our 10 residential communities are led by our Area Coordinators, Hall Directors, and Assistant Hall Directors. These individuals provide support to the many students who call Bluff their home and continue the education of the head, heart, and hands in our residence halls.

Student Positions

Within Residence Life, we recognize the power of peer support and have several opportunities for Pilots of all years to not just get involved but to be instrumental in the development of our residential experience.

Each year, we hire a number of students to support our work in the residence hall. Working for residence life will give students excellent training and experience in leadership, communication skills, problem solving, working with people, and community development.
