Associate Director for Support and Development

Brittani is a University of Portland alumni with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Communication. During her time on the Bluff, Brittani has lived and supported several different communities within the roles of Resident Assistant, Assistant Hall Director, and Hall Director. Guided by a servant leadership approach and supporting students in developing the skills that they need beyond the Bluff, Brittani thoroughly enjoyed the unique opportunities of a live-in staff member and walking alongside the students during their college years. After serving as a Hall Director, in December 2022, Brittani took on a new opportunity and stepped into our central office team as an Associate Director!

Brittani is an avid board gamer, enjoys cooking, knows the best place for boba tea and acai bowls, and loves a good night in. Nice to meet you!
