Single Rooms
Rising sophomores (class of '27) and above can choose single rooms. A single room costs an additional $1,800 per semester for a total of $7,200 per semester ($14,400 for the academic year). Your housing application will ask if you want to live in a single room. Single rooms are "first come, first served" and are mostly available in Kenna, Christie, Mehling, and Villa Maria Halls.

Are you part of a roommate group who want to live together? In addition to single and double rooms, UP has several cool and big spaces including:

Important Reminder For Rising Sophomores (Class of '27)
All undergraduate students are required to live on campus during their first and second years at UP. For the purposes of this requirement, class year is based on total number of academic years in college.
All students in the class of '27 will live on campus next year and will receive room and board charges. Click here to learn more information on what is in store for resident students in their 2nd year!
