You can already reserve on-campus housing for Fall 2024! You can do it any time between now and March 2024. We simply want to provide an opportunity starting now for those who want to get it out of the way.
If you are living on campus right now (during Fall 2023 & Spring 2024) then we guarantee that you can return to your same residence hall next year if you would like. We will hold your spot in that hall unless you tell us that you would prefer to move to another hall.
You can also return to your same room, suite, apartment, or rental house. We just ask that at least 50% of the current occupants of the space plan to return, and that you identify other students to fill the remaining spaces.
Great news! For the Fall 2023 & Spring 2024 academic year, juniors and seniors who select to live in UP's traditional-style residence halls will receive a $1,500 discount on housing.
To qualify, you must be a continuing student at UP entering your third or fourth years of college here.
Traditional-style halls include Christie, Corrado, Fields, Kenna, Mehling, Villa Maria, Lund Family, and Schoenfeldt Halls.
1. Submit your housing application on eRezLife.
2. Pay your Fall 2024 Continuing Student Housing Deposit. This is a $200, non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your housing charges for next year (it will stay on your student account until then).
3. If you want to claim your spot early, stop by the Office of Residence Life any time now and we'll help you finalize your housing reservation. We're in Tyson 123 next to the mail/package pickup desk. If you need more time, you can also take these steps in February/March 2024 during our annual online housing selection process.
All undergraduate students are required to live on campus during their first and second years at UP. For the purposes of this requirement, class year is based on total number of academic years in college.
In February/March 2024 you will participate in an online housing selection process for Fall 2024. You can make a reservation in any traditional residence hall with any roommate(s) you want. Our eRezLife software can also help you find a great, new compatible roommate!
We guarantee that you can return to your same residence hall next year if you would like. Alternatively, we can help you make a reservation in another hall.
