Return to Housing Next Year

It is time for UP's annual housing selection process for continuing students. Sign up now!

Steps to Prepare for Housing Selection:

  1. Think about where you want to live. Rising sophomores (class of '27) and above can choose single rooms, double rooms, triple rooms, or suites.
  2. Think about who you want to live with. Remember that we can always help you find a great roommate.
  3. Submit your housing application on eRezLife. It only takes 5-10 minutes.
  4. Pay your Fall 2024 Continuing Student Housing Deposit. This is a $200, non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your housing charges for next year (it will stay on your student account until then).

Single Rooms

Rising sophomores (class of '27) and above can choose single rooms. A single room costs an additional $1,800 per semester for a total of $7,200 per semester ($14,400 for the academic year). Your housing application will ask if you want to live in a single room. Single rooms are "first come, first served" and are mostly available in Kenna, Christie, Mehling, and Villa Maria Halls.

Suites & Other Unique Spots

Are you part of a roommate group who want to live together? In addition to single and double rooms, UP has several cool and big spaces including:

  • Suites for 6 students in Lund Family Hall
  • Big triples in Christie, Corrado, Mehling, and Lund Family Halls
  • Attached quads w/ private bathrooms in Fields and Schoenfeldt Halls
  • Apartments for 4, 7, 12, and 18 students in Haggerty & Tyson Halls*
  • Rental houses for 3, 4, and 5 students*

*apartments and rental houses are reserved for rising 3rd year students and above

Important Reminder For Rising Sophomores (Class of '27)

All undergraduate students are required to live on campus during their first and second years at UP. For the purposes of this requirement, class year is based on total number of academic years in college.

All students in the class of '27 will live on campus next year and will receive room and board charges. Click here to learn more information on what is in store for resident students in their 2nd year!
